So the big news today isn't technically ice cream related, but I have to point it out because I think I've always said this in general terms. It really is all about balance, and this 20 year, 120,000 person study proves it.

Basically it proves that eating a balanced meal is not just good for you, it really does help you lose weight. You should never be afraid to say "tonight, I'm going to have a container of yogurt and grapenuts instead of a half a pint of super premium ice cream". Trust me, I love ice cream, I could eat it morning, noon and night, but then I would be 300 pounds and a few years from a heart attack.
